J&C may decline, pause, or modify a request that is outside its available service scope, cannot be performed safely, is prohibited by law, or involves conditions that were not reasonably disclosed when the quote was requested.

Specialized trades or services not expressly offered by J&C should not be assumed to be included in a general property-service request.

7. Pricing & Payment

Pricing and any applicable payment terms should be communicated as part of the quote or booking process. If the actual job differs materially from the information originally provided, J&C may discuss an updated scope or price before continuing.

8. Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a requested or scheduled service, contact J&C as soon as reasonably possible. Any cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, or fee policy should only apply if it has been communicated to the customer as part of the applicable quote or booking.
